We have a 30- day return policy, which means you have 30 days after admitting your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you entered it, unworn or unused, with markers, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the damage or evidence of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gadoab.com. However, we’ll shoot you a return shipping marker, as well as instructions on how and where to consign your package, If your return is accepted. Particulars consigned back to us without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon the event and communicate us incontinently if the item is imperfect, damaged or if you admit the wrong item so that we can estimate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable particulars
Certain types of particulars can not be returned, like perishable goods ( similar as food, flowers, or shops), custom products ( similar as special orders or substantiated particulars), and particular care goods ( similar as beauty products). We also don’t accept returns for dangerous accouterments, ignitable liquids, or feasts. Please get in touch if you have questions or enterprises about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on trade particulars or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
